For custom hairpieces or wigs

1. If you have an old hairpiece or wig that you want duplicated, please mail it to us.

2. If you have your complete specifications (filled out custom order form) such as your base size & base design, and hair color and all other specifications that we need in making your custom hairpiece.

3. If you are first timer and cannot provide the above, you may choose from our base designs although you are free to design your own. Still, we would need your template or base size. If you are not confident on making template, we would recommend you to our order kit, which consists of what is needed for you to place an order for custom hairpiece.

For repairs

1. Please mail your hairpiece with the completed repair order form.
